Hi Ladies

As you all know, we have always tried to be as flexible and understanding as possible when it comes to appointments, and until now we’ve managed without a formal cancellation policy. We completely understand that unexpected situations, illness, or emergencies can happen, and we always sympathise when they do. However, as a small business, if we don’t work, we don’t get paid, so we really appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Due to the time, preparation, and personalised nature of our hair service, clients appointments are booked around their work schedules, meaning filling a cancellation within 24-48hrs is virtually impossible.

Therefore in order to bring ourselves in line with other businesses in the beauty industry—and to protect the time we dedicate to each client—we now need to introduce the following policy with immediate effect.
