Post-Holiday Body Stat Impact Board 🌴💪

As a coach, I think it’s important to lead by example and show members that you can enjoy the holiday you’ve worked hard for all year without feeling guilty or falling completely off track.

My recent holiday to Gran Canaria came with some expected changes to my body stats:

* +4.5kg body weight
* +1.6% body fat
* +6 years metabolic age
* +1 visceral fat rating

The key message isn’t that these numbers went up—it’s what happens next.

Real-life results come from consistency over time, not perfection. Holidays are there to be enjoyed, and the true test of a successful fitness journey is how quickly you can get back into your routine afterwards. By returning to the programme, focusing on the basics, and trusting the process, positive changes happen fast.

In fact, I’ve already lost 1.5kg since getting back, proving that a short break doesn’t undo months of hard work.
