The Tuesday class is currently very full however there is space on our Wednesday open gym and our Thursday class.
We have built a really lovely community already in the last 7 weeks! We go for a little coffee after our Tuesday & Thursday class... A chance to properly get to know each other and debrief on how our weeks are going with our little ones.
Excited to keep building this community of strong mamas 🧡

Maternity leave begins now!
(Apart from my clients who have switched to online & maybe a few classes too 👀😅)
I can't thank my lovely clients enough for being so amazing, especially throughout my pregnancy. Thank you for all the support, it really does mean the world. I am one lucky girl to be surrounded by such encouraging and supportive clients each day and I am going to miss seeing you all each week 🫶
Let the next chapter begin! I can not wait to be a mum 🥹🤍

6 weeks pregnant ➡️ 36 weeks pregnant.
The most beautiful, hard, magical, difficult and wonderful thing my body has ever done.
My body has changed soooo much during pregnancy, and I am not afraid to admit or talk about how difficult I have found that because I dont think its spoken about enough.
Going from being pretty athletic and training 4/5 times a week, pushing my body in so many different ways to a body that feels so unbelievably alien to me has been something I have found much more challenging than I anticipated.
I often feel incredibly guilty admitting how hard I have found it because I am also simultaneously in absolute awe of what my body is doing and the little life it is creating and I feel so unbelievably grateful to have this opportunity and to become a mum.
But its important to recognise that you can feel both gratitude and discomfort at the same time and thats ok.
So to anyone else who may be struggling or have struggled with their new body in pregnancy or post pregnancy.... I feel you and we got this. 🫶
The female body is utterly incredible!!
Ps. Please dont comment on a pregnant persons body or anyones body for that matter... the comments on the size of my bump & the size of me are not helping my sensitive hormonal brain 😂 thanks!

2nd place in the bench press ABPU single lifts championships 🥳
72.5kg bench press and a great weekend with the gang 🧡
Not quite up to full strength post surgery just yet, but we are getting there!
Coached by the husband 🫶
Thanks as always to for another great competition and to all the spotters and loaders for keeping us safe on the platform 🙏

First time back on the platform in nearly two years. This one wasn’t about numbers... after a bit of a crazy couple of years with my health, just stepping back on that platform and getting to compete was the win.
Top lifts:
Squat- 135kg
Bench- 70kg
Deadlift- 140kg
Bench didn't quite go to plan, which I've been beating myself up about as this is the lift that I've been training the most. I only got my opening lift, but considering I had surgery 3 months ago, I didn't do too badly really!
Plenty left in the tank on squats & and deadlifts, which i was very pleasantly surprised about!
Big thank you to my husband for not only coaching me but dealing with the many ups and downs of this journey back to the platform ♥️
Thanks to Bry, Bernie & Has for coming and supporting even though we chose a comp that was 5 hours away. Love you guys 🧡
And thank you to and and everyone involved for putting on such an amazing competition and weekend 🙌

First of all it's perfectly ok if you just want to tip toe quietly into this new year... There shouldn't be any pressure around what's right or wrong at this time of year and you should do whatever feels right for you. However, if you are wanting to set some new year goals, here are my top 3 tips:
1. Make them enjoyable- you're far more likely to stick to something if you can enjoy it and have fun along the way!
2. Make them sustainable- try and make goals that you can stick to for 12 months not 12 days! We all like to go in all guns blazing and then burn out after the first couple of weeks. Make your goals something that are maintainable and sustainable!
3. Make them suited to you and YOUR lifestyle and your wants and needs- what is it that YOU want to achieve this year?!
Hope this helps, always here for anyone that needs a helping hand along the way 💖

And that's me all finished with work for Christmas 💫
I just wanted to take a moment to thank all my lovely clients for all their support this year. I truly do have the most wonderful clients and I feel super lucky to be able to spend my days in the gym with you guys!!
Just a little reminder- I will be back in the gym from Thursday 2nd January to resume personal training sessions and classes.
See you in 2025 ✨🫶🏼

Christmas can be such a hard time of year to navigate when it comes to your relationship with food. Here are my 3 top tips for anyone that needs them:
1. Slow down- enjoy your food. So many of us (especially if we are experiencing feelings of guilt around food) rush our food and don't actually notice how it tastes or when we are satisfied. Slow down and enjoy all the scrumptious food you're eating that maybe you don't eat normally.
2. Try to steer away from conversations about weight or diet... It can often be an awkward topic that comes up around the dinner table at this time of year. Set your boundaries and don't be afraid to say "if it's ok with you I would rather not talk about weight or diet, anyway, what are your plans for the new year?".
3. You don't have to save your calories or immediately go and "burn off" your calories. Just focus on enjoying movement over this festive period and equally enjoying your time to rest. We are human beings not human doings... Balance is important and movement is enjoyable when you take the pressure off ⚖️
As always, I'm always here for anyone struggling
