✨If there is a collection you would definitely like this year, please pre-order by the 28th of September and pay 50% deposit, the remaining amount to be paid on collection.

✨Where did summer go? How is it Festive pre-order time again??

♻️This is your little reminder to reduce, reuse & recycle.

♻️ Do you always cut a beauty product tube in half and use up what is left inside? Sometimes there is enough product to last another couple of weeks. We encourage you to do this with everything, including toothpaste, before you wash the container and recycle.

♻️We choose to work with brands that care about their packaging and impact on our planet.

♻️Our make-up brand comes in glass containers making it easy to recycle et al. beauty collective

♻️We recycle absolutely everything we possibly can here at the studio, including soft plastic packaging. Beauty products do come with a lot of packaging.

♻️We even encourage our clients to bring a large body towel with them to their treatment to reduce the amount of laundry we do each day.

♻️Our studio was built with many features to make it as environmentally conscious as possible, from air source heating, triple glazing, solar panels and a sedum roof.

♻️We’ve even won awards with the International Institute for Active Ageing for our commitment to being planet friendly.

🌱 Often, our skin reflects what is happening on the inside.

I’ve always been drawn to the wisdom of ancient Chinese traditions and medicine when it comes to healing, health and wellbeing.

The beginning of any skin journey, for me, is to look beyond the skin itself, starting with a deep dive into digestion, nutrition and what your body needs for support. This can change depending on the season, your stress levels, your lifestyle and your emotional wellbeing.

When we feel relaxed, nourished, happy and healthy, that inner wellbeing is reflected in the skin. ✨

Sometimes, we don’t need to spend lots of money on countless “wonder” products or follow every new skincare trend an influencer is selling. There is so much wisdom in keeping things simple: cooking from scratch, choosing organic and locally sourced ingredients where possible, and incorporating a variety of nourishing herbs and spices into your diet.

For clients who feel stressed, overwhelmed or simply not quite themselves and are looking for more radiant skin, skincare can certainly help. Although taking a holistic approach to the whole body can be even more beneficial.

One of the treatments I offer is an acupressure-point head, shoulder and scalp massage, which is incredibly soothing and deeply relaxing, particularly for clients carrying stress and tension.

It’s called “ Daoyin Tao” a beautiful blend of Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques designed to encourage relaxation, restore balance and support overall wellbeing.

As we move out of the warmer, more energetic yang months of summer and into a quieter season, it can be a wonderful time to slow down, restore and reconnect with yourself. 🌿

Sometimes, the most beautiful skin begins with simply taking better care of what’s happening within.
