Fat reduction - Cavitation (ultrasonic waves) and radio frequency (RF) are non-surgical body contouring technologies often combined for best results: cavitation uses sound waves to break down fat cells for elimination, targeting localized fat, that leaves your body through your lymphatic system. While RF uses electrical currents to heat skin layers, sort of melting the fat cells to contour. I offer this treatment on stomach and ' love handles' /back fat, it is completely pain free, actually feels nice!! You usually need 8 sessions and courses start at £300, payment plans available.

Skin tightening- Radio frequency is a
non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to heat the deep layers of the skin, stimulating the body's natural production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for firm, youthful-looking skin, effectively reducing sagging, wrinkles, and fine lines with no pain or downtime!!! I can treat stomach, legs, arms, neck/chin. Usually need a course, prices for body start at £300, payment plans available. Neck/chin you need less treatments and one session starts from £30. This treatment is pain free & actually feels nice! If you think surgery is your only option, I'd urge you to try this first as its risk & pain free!! And a fraction of the price.

Lymphatic drainage including wood tools- Lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique that uses light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to move excess fluid, waste, and toxins out of the body and towards lymph nodes for elimination, reducing swelling and improving circulation. I add wood tools for extra sculpting. It's different from deep tissue massage, focusing on the skin's surface to encourage lymph flow rather than muscles. This is £75 for an hours treatment.
