A quick update for all current and future clients 👋

After a lot of consideration, there will be a small price increase across treatments and services moving forward.

This decision genuinely wasn’t made lightly. Since moving into a new premises, my business overheads have increased significantly, but I wanted to take my time before making any changes because keeping treatments affordable and accessible has always been important to me.

One of the main changes will be bringing Initial Consultation/Injury Rehab sessions in line with the standard 60-minute treatment pricing. These appointments often involve much more than just treatment time alone, including assessments, rehab planning, and tailored advice to support long-term recovery and performance.

The move does allow me to continue improving the environment, equipment, and overall service I provide, while also expanding what I offer through personal training sessions alongside sports therapy and massage treatments.

My priority has always been — and will continue to be — giving every client high-quality treatment, honest advice, and the time and care they deserve during each session.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the support, loyalty, and recommendations over the years, and I truly appreciate everyone who continues to trust me with their recovery, performance, and wellbeing.

Thanks to everyone who came down to our Open Day last week! It was great to see so many new and familiar faces, and we really appreciate all the support, energy, and positive feedback throughout the day. We hope everyone enjoyed getting involved and seeing what we’re all about.
