After working her absolute bottom off, standing by through more hospital visits with my daughter than I can even count, keeping things moving when life felt impossible and showing up every single time — Katie proved she was never just staff, she was always a true partner. The kind of person you build with, trust completely and couldn’t imagine doing it without.

Shes over 10 years deep in the hair industry and still treating every head of hair like a fresh art project 🎨✨
Katies inner child is absolutely thriving every time there’s balayage to paint, a transformation to create, or a “trust the process” moment happening in the chair. Honestly, she was born to make people feel good and look unreal. Give her a coffee, some foils and a client wanting “just a little change” and suddenly it’s a full main-character transformation by the end of the appointment 😂🤍

What started as a love for hair turned into a genuine passion for helping people feel confident, empowered and like the best version of themselves. Katie’s the type to celebrate your hair wins like they’re her own — whether it’s your first big colour change, your post-breakup glow up or finally ditching the box dye after 7 business years 🫣

Outside the salon, she’s full-time mum to Maya Moo — 5 years old, smashing life daily, unintentionally the funniest person in the room, and very likely the real boss of the family. Between the one-liners, the chaos, the cuddles and the constant snack requests, life is never boring 😂✨

Hair queen, chaos coordinator, therapist behind the chair, professional hype woman and snack distributor… Katie somehow balances it all while still making everyone around her feel comfortable, cared for and a little bit prettier when they leave ✨
