After 18 months of illness I am hopefully on the right track for staying healthy , it’s an everyday decision 🤞, I am fighting this everyday .

I ending up in hospital again being of April 😥
Since then I have lose over two stone , returned to my lifestyle job part time 2 days a week & I find myself on a course of sharing some support for my family, friends, clients , my lovely ladies who have supported me though such a tough time and have become friends , I look forward to your visits , I retrained in Gel nails last Sept , which I totally love and have decide this year now I’m feeling a bit more like me again , to do a couple of more courses this year so I can share some more pampering sessions ❤️💪💅💗👋🦶

You never know what’s around the corner , remember to rest when needed and give life another go if you get the change to shine bright ⭐️ give it your all ❤️❤️

To me self care is the most importance part of my journey atm and I’m sharing this experience with you ⭐️❤️💪

Iv had a go at running though my facial routine , nice and slow getting to learn the basics massage techniques , quiet please with my first go with the products and my bowls , sponges , hot flannels etc , moving myself around to get to the arms and hands , finishing off with a nice e hot flannels .

Seeing where I need by chair and were I need to be standing and sitting , so setting my set up ready ladies for a few pamper sessions 💪💙

I have run thought part of my new training a couple of times and my model said very relaxing hand and arm massage 🤩💪💙

I am still waiting for more of my new kit to arrive but I have starting following a part of the routine and enjoyed learning part of my new course tonight 💙
