Dear all our lovely customers ❤️

First of all, everyone at J&S Nails would like to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has supported our little salon. Your kindness, loyalty and trust mean so much to us. ❤️

We don’t normally share things like this, but recently something happened that has left us feeling genuinely sad and disappointed.

A customer had both hands and feet done, with a total bill of £83, and left saying that the payment would be transferred once they got home. We were later told that the payment had already been sent, but two weeks have now passed and unfortunately we still haven’t received it. We have also kindly asked for proof of the transfer, but haven’t received that either.

For J&S Nails, this is not simply about £83. It is about trust, honesty and respect.

We work hard every day and put our time, care and heart into every treatment. We always try to trust our customers and treat everyone with kindness, so it really hurts when that trust is not returned.

We don’t want to name or embarrass anyone. We simply hope that the person concerned will see this message and understand that behind every small business are real people working hard to make a living.

Please do the right thing. ❤️

Money can be earned again, but trust and respect are priceless.
