MEET LATASHA 🌸🤍
Some of you may already recognise Latasha, as she’s been joining us over the summer covering classes and we’re so happy to officially introduce her as part of the Breathe Reformer Pilates team!
Latasha is a fully certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor with a real passion for movement and wellness.
After having twins, Pilates helped her rebuild her strength and confidence, while giving her a deeper understanding of her body.
She now loves helping others discover those same benefits and feel stronger, more confident and connected through movement.
We’ve loved having Latasha in the studio over the summer and can’t wait for more of you to get to know her! 🌸🤍
