Not only you gone above and beyond in Year 2. You have shown so much love, compassion, patience, kindness, and courage. You have also been adventurous, always willing to try new things and challenge yourself with a smile.
You haven’t just thought about yourself. you’ve always thought about others too, going above and beyond to help and care for those around you.
You truly deserved that trophy, and you deserve to enjoy every moment of having it because you earned it through your hard work, kindness, and determination.
Thank you everyone who donated towards the solihull downsydrome charity
Love Mum &Dad 💫💕

🚨 I NEED YOUR OPINIONS! 🚨😂
So… my husband came home with this official-looking GTA VI contract and expects me to sign it before the game comes out in November! 🎮🤣
According to the rules, he gets a whole month to play as much as he wants, I can’t interrupt missions, and even hugs and chores have to wait until he’s reached a “safe house!” 😂
Now it’s over to YOU…
🖊️ Should I sign it or should I tell him to keep dreaming? 🤔
Vote below:
❤️ = Sign it
😆 = No way!
😮 = Only if he signs one of MY contracts too!
Tag your partner, gamer friends, husbands, wives, or anyone who needs to see this! Let’s see who wins this debate! 👇😂🎮

Yes another inner emotion best way to get it out .
I feel it all around me,
like an infection,
spreading through my mind.
It says:
You can’t work.
You can’t study.
You can’t move forward.
You can’t even trust your own thoughts.
Kill it,
kill the noise,
kill the fear,
kill every thought
until silence comes.
But silence is a liar.
The thoughts make me sick,
tell me I’m obsessed,
tell me I’m a demon.
Yet I am not the voice that hurts me.
I am the one still here,
still fighting,
still breathing.
The voice won’t define me

Good morning, my fellow warrior. How does everybody feel that the weather is red alert?

Since been doing counselling it’s really made me think . I love to do poems when I was younger and got back into it - please tell me what you think?
Title: The Journey of Life
You see yourself each day and night,
Yet rarely stop to fear the sight.
Those early years, so wild and free,
Felt like the way life was meant to be.
Then come your teens, and things all change,
The familiar world feels cold and strange.
Every choice brings doubt and pain,
Questions circle through your brain.
Not knowing what is best to do,
Or what tomorrow holds for you.
Another step, another door—
A path you’ve never walked before.
Is it college, university, or work?
One decision can shape your world.
Every road you choose to take
Brings obstacles you’ll have to break.
What happened to those carefree days,
When laughter filled your endless ways?
Now middle years bring aching bones,
And quiet nights replace the unknowns.
They tell you to love life and be your best,
To stand like a warrior through every test.
For every scar and every bruise
Is proof you’ve lived and dared to choose.
So hold your head up, strong and true,
The journey is still waiting for you.
Though time may change the face you see,
Your spirit can stay forever free.

Good Morning, Warriors 💜
I made poem , I’ve never shared it before. Please tell me what you think:
“You Don’t Look Sick”
“You don’t look sick,”
Says the man on the bus,
When I ask for a seat.
Because I don’t have a stick,
A wheelchair,
Or something visible for him to see.
“You don’t look sick,”
Says the bouncer at the event,
As I enter through the accessible door,
Laughing, smiling,
Excited to be there.
What he doesn’t see
Is that tomorrow,
Or maybe for the next week,
I’ll be in bed,
Crying through the pain.
No, I don’t look sick.
Because I prepared for today
For two, three, maybe four weeks in advance.
“You don’t look sick,”
Says the boss.
“You were fine yesterday,
How can you be unwell today?”
Because yesterday
I pushed myself just a little beyond my limits.
And today,
My body is paying the price.
“You don’t look sick,”
Says the friend whose plans I cancelled.
“But you were out the other day.
You looked fine.”
Yes, I was out the other day.
You saw the few hours I managed.
You didn’t see the days of rest before,
Or the days of recovery after.
You saw the highlight,
Not the hidden cost.
Hey, scream it louder—
“YOU DON’T LOOK SICK!”
Says the man in the queue,
As I rush to leave the shop.
Not because I’m rude,
But because the lights are spinning,
The noise is overwhelming,
And my body is shutting down.
The man on the bus.
The bouncer at the door.
The boss at work.
The friend whose plans I cancelled.
The stranger in the queue.
They all saw me.
But none of them saw my disability.
They saw a smile,
Not the pain behind it.
They saw me standing,
Not the strength it took.
They saw one moment,
Not the days, weeks, and months that surrounded it.
The truth is,
Not all disabilities are visible.
Not all illnesses can be seen.
And not every battle leaves a scar for the world to notice.
So the next time you think,
“YOU DON’T LOOK SICK .”
Remember—
Just because you can’t see the struggle,
Doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
💜 Invisible disabilities are real.
💜 Our pain is real.
💜 And every warrior deserves understanding, not judgement.

Goodnight warriors. 💜 Living with fibromyalgia isn’t always visible, but the strength it takes is real. Wishing all my fellow warriors a peaceful night, gentle rest, and brighter days ahead. 🌙✨
