It’s been a long while since I’ve shared something like this. Those who know me will know I tend to keep a lot of my life offline… but this felt worth a simple mention.
Recently, I’ve been focusing more intentionally on my health and overall wellbeing — keeping things consistent, going back to basics, and applying what I know works.
Over the past few weeks, a few people have mentioned they’ve noticed a difference, which has been good to hear. It’s a reminder that small, steady changes do add up.
So I thought I’d share a little of that ✨
For me, this has been about:• Creating better daily habits• Supporting my body with what it needs• Prioritising clarity and focus• Taking time to reset and recharge• Keeping routines simple and consistent
Still very much an ongoing process, but heading in a good direction — and that’s what matters.
If you’re focusing on improving your own wellbeing right now, keep going. The small things really do make a difference 💫
And if you’re on a similar path, I’m always open to sharing ideas and what’s been working — feel free to reach out 🤍

🚨 Trigger Warning: chronic illness, pain, women’s health
I often describe Adenomyosis as Endometriosis’s Evil twin sister — similar, misunderstood, and capable of significantly impacting daily life!.
This is me being brutally honest about living with Adenomyosis.
Adenomyosis is not “just bad periods.”
It’s not stress.
It’s not something that can be managed by willpower, positivity, or a heat pack.
It is a chronic medical condition where the lining of the womb grows into the muscle wall.
In real life, this can mean many symptoms (to name just a few):
• Persistent pelvic pain and inflammation
• Pain in the back, hips, and joints
• Limitations with sitting, standing, or driving for long periods
• Chronic fatigue and muscle weakness
• Heavy, unpredictable bleeding
• Anaemia and its many side effects
Some days, just getting out of bed feels like a military operation. 🪖🎖️💪
Some days, I have to carefully plan how much I can sit, stand, drive, or even move. Pain and fatigue can arrive suddenly and make everyday tasks feel impossible.
People often say, “But you look okay.”
And maybe on the outside I do. But inside? My body feels like it’s run a marathon I didn’t sign up for.
I look exhausted, drained — and older 😜 — because some days, just surviving feels like the biggest achievement.
There are days when the exhaustion brings tears right to the surface. Life doesn’t pause, though — so I hold space for myself, accept my limitations, and keep going.
Somehow, we survive. Sometimes with a sense of humour about the absurdity of it all… because honestly, if you don’t laugh, you cry 😅.
Because Adenomyosis is largely invisible, it is often misunderstood or minimised.
This can be particularly challenging in workplace contexts.
Living with a chronic condition at work often means needing a safe, non-judgemental space, flexibility, understanding, and reasonable adjustments. When those needs are not understood, it can add pressure, guilt, and the feeling that you have to justify your health — when all you’re really trying to do is get through the day and be the best version of yourself.
There is an unspoken expectation to perform through pain, to stay quiet, and to avoid making others uncomfortable by being honest about what’s happening in your body.
But silence doesn’t create awareness, understanding, or acceptance.
Adenomyosis can affect attendance, productivity, mental health, and overall quality of life. Acknowledging this doesn’t reflect a lack of capability — it reflects the reality of living with a condition that the world is not always set up to accommodate.
Outside of work, chronic illness also affects family life and relationships.
Parenting, partnership, and daily responsibilities continue even on days when pain and fatigue are overwhelming. Chronic illness doesn’t lessen love, commitment, or care — but it can limit capacity. Recognising this is part of understanding the full impact of conditions like Adenomyosis.
I’m sharing this to raise awareness, foster understanding, and support change — as an advocate for women’s and families’ health and wellbeing.
Greater awareness leads to more inclusive conversations about health, work, and daily life — conversations that benefit individuals, families, and communities alike.
If Adenomyosis is unfamiliar to you, I hope this offers insight.
If you live with it too, you are not alone.
And if you’re in leadership or decision-making roles, informed and compassionate responses matter.
This is what living with Adenomyosis can look like.
And sometimes, surviving it requires quiet heroics — a little grit, a little humour, and a lot of patience with yourself.

🌕🦁 Leo Full Moon • Feb 1
✨ Ritual Window: Jan 27 – Feb 10
This Leo Full Moon brings fiery, playful heart energy — but at its core, it’s asking us to return to simplicity.
Where can we soften what feels heavy, complicated, or confusing by coming back to the heart? 💛
Full Moons are a powerful time for release, and this Leo Moon invites us to let go of what no longer needs so much effort… and remember that clarity doesn’t have to be hard.
During this window, anchor in with:
💃 Dance — to move emotion and express freely
🧘♀️ Meditation — to open the heart and receive insight
📝 Reflection or journaling — to notice what wants to be released and simplified
Ask yourself:
“What can I let go of to make space for more ease, joy, and authenticity?”
This ritual can be done anytime between Jan 27 and Feb 10. Keep it playful. Keep it heart-led. Keep it simple — very Leo 🌟

Monday Mindset ✨
Quick Blog: The Power of Prioritising Your Mind
We live in a culture that loves momentum — constant movement, constant productivity, constant “what’s next?”
But the truth is, slowing down isn’t quitting. It’s choosing yourself.
When we honor our emotional wellbeing, we strengthen everything else:
• Our relationships
• Our creativity
• Our resilience
• Our ability to show up fully
Taking a quiet moment in a café, sipping your favorite warm drink, sitting with your thoughts… it might look simple, but it’s an act of courage and self-respect.
Mental health advocacy isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s gentle — it’s choosing rest, choosing boundaries, choosing presence. It’s reminding yourself, and others, that we are human first, achievers second.
So here’s your permission slip today:
Slow down. Breathe. Feel. Heal.
Your peace matters. Your pace matters. You matter.
