My Policy!

• Please come to your appointment with no makeup on and clean lashes.
• A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• No guest’s / children as I need to be able to concentrate to complete a perfect set for you.
• I will not infill other peoples work.
• No client under the age of 17
• Please be on time to your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be returned and you will need to pay the remaining balance in full.
• Your appointment will not be secured until a 50% deposit has been made. If you know you cannot attend your appointment please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can rearrange it without you losing your deposit.
• The remaining 50% will need to be paid on the day in cash.
• You will need to have at least 50% eyelashes remaining for an infill. Anything less will be charged as a full set.
• Infill’s are usually done every 2-3 weeks although everyone is different, if you are unsure please send me photos.
• I strictly do not offer refunds under any circumstances, if you have any problems please let me know within the first 48 hours and I will be happy to fix them free of charge, after 48 hours there will be a fee.
• If you are unwell please contact me to reschedule. I will turn away anyone displaying flu like symptoms.
• If after your eyelash extensions are applied you develop any symptoms you are worried about, I will happily remove the eyelashes free of charge but I do not offer refunds.
