I think its safe to safe the year has been tough on all of us, so I hope from here on out, it will only get better! A few things have changed since the last time you were with me so I just want to run through a couple of things; providing you get through the COVID-19 questionnaire, upon arrival, please make sure you:
Come wearing a mask, as you enter, to your left will be a container for you to place all of your belongings, so best if you bring the minimum. Once you have placed items into container, remove your coat (if wearing one) and place it into your OWN bag (carrier or bag for life is fine) and place on top of the container if space, or next to it on the floor. Then, make your way into the nail room, and straight into wash your hands, using the paper towels provided to dry your hands. Once this is done, please take a seat in the RED chair, allowing me to then wash my hands and be seated ready for your treatment to commence. During the treatment, it is VITAL that i ask you NOT to touch your face OR mask at all times, if you do, you will need to re-wash your hands, which will interfere with the treatment depending what stage we are at, thus needing me to start all over again (which i wont have time to do) so this is very important that you adhere to this, else it may result in having to cancel your appointment. Please rest assured, prior to and after your appointment, everywhere will be thoroughly cleaned/ disinfected ready for the next arriving client. If at any point during your treatment, you begin to feel unwell, or symptomatic, i ask that you inform me straight away, so i can stop the the treatment immediately. Once treatment is complete, i will exit the room FIRST, so that i can open the door for your exit, once you have collected your belongings. We must follow these procedures together, to maintain a safe environment, and reduce the risk of spreading the virus. Please be aware that booking times may be limited, as i will only be booking clients, when members of my household are not home!
