Unfortunately I am not able to be there, but am very much looking forward to co-hosting and evening of YOGA, SOUND BATH, SAUNA & TEA on Friday 19th June-some space still available 😊

There is now the option to use the sauna & ice baths after the session next Friday. These brand new, gorgeous facilities offer the ultimate luxury, for a wholesome evening, setting you up beautifully for the weekend 😀
