A qualified nurse and massage therapist.
I set up my beautiful treatment room 2 years ago, to create an accessible, safe and calming space.
I understand more than anyone, just how manic life can be!
You pour yourself into everyone and everything else, and one day find yourself completely burnt out and aching from head to toe.
Time For You is a judgement free space where you can truly switch off, relaxing body and mind simultaneously ❤️
You can use your time to be quiet and at peace, to chat and laugh, or to unburden life’s stresses.
I offer day and evening appointments and try to be as flexible as possible; as I am an advocate for self care, and my motto is “self care isn’t selfish - it’s vital”
