Quick update…

Two of our rooms have now officially been taken.

We’re looking forward to updating you on what’s coming to The Rooms. 😃

Note: Unless a deposit has been made, we can not reserve your desired room. This is a first come first serve.

Brand new business coming to South Shields, Frederick Street.

Welcome to The Rooms.

We will be up and running this summer, with brand new facilities available to rent for healthcare professionals and more.

We will also have sunbeds available to use and a few more services we are currently working on. ☀️

Who will this be suitable for?

Self employed:

- Sports/Massage Therapists
- Beauticians
- Physiotherapists

And more.

We have free parking available and all utility bills are included in the rent (electricity and gas).
