When you book an appointment at Angels Hair Studio you are committing to our booking system and our company policies.

Our policies include us asking you to secure your appointment by deposit or if you cancel without enough notice a cancellation fee will be applied.

We totally understand life can be testy at times and sickness can strike but the charges that may occur will be at our discretion as a business and what we deem viable to keep us as a business sustainable!

Our appointments are our time, our time is valuable and we DO NOT go to work to earn nothing. Every missed appointment is a direct impact on our wages. It’s simply not fair for short notice cancellations & no shows which quite frankly is just plain rude!!

To all our loyal and supportive clients/friends/family who have advised, helped and encouraged us this week (especially) and every other week, your care and support will always be appreciated by both Nicola & Helen.
It never goes unnoticed and without you all we simply wouldn’t have the lovely little salon we have 🥹💗💗
