As a business that relies on word of and social media to advertise this is hard to do ... I'm stepping away from Facebook personally and as a business.

I will still be able to be contacted for those who require it via messenger.

My opening hours remain the same

Sun-mon closed

Tue-wed 9-5
Thurs 9-7
Fri-sat 9-5

Any closures will be updated via my Google Business hours.

And let's face it... Not exactly like I used Facebook really anyway.

Still got Instagram if you desperately need me to see my bi yearly posts

CLOSED TODAY

For transparency it's not the usual excuse

At the beginning of the year I promised myself to prioritize my health and well-being over the shop

And I've ended up working 5 days a week while coaching derby and training for competition on my two days off

Although I have had time off I have been travelling for and playing roller derby

I haven't prioritized myself

Today I found myself walking to work

I got half way and just couldn't go any further, we are 6 months into the year and I am burnt out physically and mentally I need more than a day to my self but it will have to do for now.
