Have a lovely month.
Just a reminder, I am having a few days off in August, 9th, 10th and 14th.
A few years ago I had changed the front cover of my business cards to this little breathing exercise to remind my clients to “Take a moment” for themselves each day.
As we’re at the end of another busy month I thought I would just pop it on a post for you to “Take a moment” to breathe and relax.

Apologies if you have a lava shell or heat treatment booked over the week. But I have made the decision to stop all heat treatments during the heat wave for the safety of both myself and my clients.
