Fab team challenge today. 225 tricep dips, 225 walking lunges, 225 plank to press, 225 press ups, 600 squats and 600 step ups in 20 minutes.

1 burpee, 2 high knees, 3 squat jumps, 4 press ups, 5 bunny good, 6 lunges, 7 side to side jumps, 8 plank to press, 9 double crunches, 10 split lunge, 11 tricep dips and 12 squats.
