If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the treatment amount.

If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or don't show up then the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

We apologize for having to do this but we see no other option now that people find it acceptable to just 'not turn up' this has a huge effect on us as a business. There will be no exceptions to this rule.. This is our job. I'm sure none of you would like to go to work for free😅

Obviously we understand there can be exceptional circumstances which will be dealt with at managers discretion.
