So far peeps my amazing customers have raised £96 towards supporting dementia research nurses.

Your Skincare Application Guide

Use the image below as a quick reference for how much of each skincare product you need.

Cleanser

How much?

✔ A pea-sized amount

Dot onto your forehead, cheeks and chin before massaging into damp skin using gentle circular movements. A small amount is enough to remove makeup, SPF, excess oil and daily impurities while leaving skin feeling clean and comfortable.

Toner

How much?

✔ 2–3 sprays onto a cotton pad

Sweep gently across freshly cleansed skin to hydrate and prepare your complexion for the next steps in your skincare routine.

Serum

How much?

✔ 2–3 drops

Warm between your fingertips before pressing into the face and neck. Serums are highly concentrated, meaning just a few drops are enough to deliver targeted ingredients where your skin needs them.

Eye Cream

How much?

✔ One pump or a pea-sized amount

Using your ring finger, gently pat around the eye contour without rubbing. The delicate eye area only needs a small amount of product to feel hydrated and refreshed.

Exfoliator

How much?

✔ A pea-sized amount

Use once or twice a week on clean, damp skin, massaging gently before rinsing. Regular exfoliation helps reveal smoother, brighter-looking skin without disrupting the skin barrier.

Neck Cream

How much?

✔ About the size of a 1p coin

Apply to the neck and décolletage using upward massage movements. Your neck deserves just as much care as your face, making this an important step in an anti-ageing skincare routine.

Moisturiser

How much?

✔ Around a blueberry-sized amount

Smooth evenly over your face and neck to lock in hydration and support your skin barrier.

Sunscreen

How much?

✔ Two finger lengths for your face and neck

Apply as the final step of your morning skincare routine every day. Daily SPF is one of the most important habits for protecting your skin from UV damage and premature skin ageing.

Face Mask

How much?

✔ A few small dots across the face

Spread evenly to create a thin layer and leave on for the recommended time before removing.

Use once a week as part of your skincare ritual.
