It’s a juggle… for us all, right?

I know slowing down is what my nervous system needs, and yet that feels impossible when there’s a long to-do list, and three kids who need emotional connection and support (and the hub!).

I try to carve out time that is protected from the hustle and bustle, time that I know is so precious and I’ll never get it back…

Time marches on. I know how important it is to prioritise the meaningful bits. But gosh, I could do with some more hours in the day 🥴

This summer, the boys first school summer holidays, I so desperately want to spend lots of quality time together on simple adventures and pleasures. Because there’s no greater gift than time with our babes. 🫶🏻
