Today, as we travel home from Birmingham feeling victorious after winning the La Biosthétique Salon Experience Excellence Award, I’m reminded of just how far this journey has taken me.

I had the privilege of putting this award submission together on behalf of Helen, and hearing our name announced in a room filled with some of the most exceptional salons in the UK is a moment I will carry with me forever. It is an achievement that represents not only our standards, but our heart.

Working in an environment that empowers both its team and its clients is something I cherish every single day. To witness the dedication, the passion, and the care that flows through our salon—and to see it recognised at this level—is something truly extraordinary.
