Big news! ✨ We’re so excited to introduce our newest treatment: the Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

This gentle, deeply restorative massage helps your body do what it does best, just a little more efficiently. Perfect if you’ve been feeling puffy, sluggish, or just in need of some proper self-care.

1) You’re feeling a little bloated, puffy or like your body is holding onto excess water. A lymphatic drainage massage is perfect for this as it helps decrease inflammation around the lymph nodes which can often lead to puffiness in the face, legs or stomach.

2) If you suffer from lymphedema, fibromyalgia or rheumatiod arthritis, you might want to ask your doctor if this treatment would be suitable for you. It is often used in treatment for these conditions as it can help manage pain and discomfort caused by a blocked or slowed lymphatic system. Please ensure that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your appointment and also let your beauty therapist know of any health concerns you struggle with.

3) If you are suffering from more headaches or brain fog than usual a lymphatic drainage massage can actually help with this if your symptoms are caused by excess fluid or inflammation in the lymphnodes. Although please contact your Doctor if your symptoms are persistant.

4) If your skin needs a glow boost, this can help! A lympahtic drainage massage helps increase circulation and blood flow, helping restore your natural glow!

5) You need a moment to relax! If you are feeling stressed out, over-worked or just not yourself, take this as your sign that you should book yourself a little ‘me-time’.
