15 bloody ml, where??😂😂

I honestly felt soooo annoyed for this client because she would have her routine filler literally every quarter for it to last not even half of that period, and each time she came in it was like she’s never had filler before 🤣
She’s been multiple places before me and since being with me these last few years I’ve tried many, many products, densities, techniques, methods, layers and approaches and every single time it’s the same thing.

It reached a point she was happy to accept she needed filler every couple of months to maintain the look of having full lips and was just plodding along with this plan (bless her 😂) until I had this random thought 🤔 and was like - hey? Can I try something?

She didn’t even question me! She was like go for it, if it works - fab 🙌🏼 if it doesn’t - it is what it is.
And this level of trust means SOOO much to me.

Anyway, I think I might of cracked the code 👀 we’re a good few weeks in and her lips are still lifted, upright and looking filled which is the longest she’s gone with any lip filler results… 🤩🤩🤩
In fact, her current 1ml is bigger than any result she’s had before AND her initial 15ml build up (I say build up, but it wasn’t really was it 🤣).

I’m going to keep monitoring the evidence of this approach but the results are looking so positive and I’m incredibly excited to apply this to any other clients who find their filler metabolises quickly!!!🥹🥹🥹

I wasn’t always a lip specialist!

I was a practitioner who dreaded every lip booking. Not because I didn’t enjoy them, but because I was worried about the results I’d give.
I had no predictability, reliability or consistency in my produce, had absolutely no idea how to approach lips as individuals, didn’t even consider how the basic Russian technique wasn’t aiding any longevity at all… I was just doing. And that’s why I found it stressful.

Now? Now every lip set is effortless, enjoyable and predictable because I actually understand & follow the function of anatomy augmentation. I’m not just fanning to fill. Im strategically pulling the anatomical structure and using filler as a bollard to ensure longevity, I’m shaping with the anatomy not against it and appreciating the movement of both dynamic / static tissue, muscle and response.

Being a lip specialist is far deeper than just adding filler and creating nice looking results. It’s understanding why, what & how it’s being done, how tissue responds, how muscle interacts, how longevity is ensured, how the process is adapted, how specific fillers interact with fibre connections, how the lip moves, how the needle moves (and so on. I could go on forever!)

I went from being the practitioner who found lips overwhelming to teaching practitioners how to stop feeling overwhelmed instead. Full circle moment! 🥰🤎

Dissolving strategy will make or break your refill results!

Adding hyalase is wayyyyy more than just adding hyalase! It tears apart the tissue connection, fibre elasticity, strips both the natural & artificial hyaluronic acid content, inflicts trauma, raises histamine response through allergen enzyme, disturbs the tissues dynamic state and most obviously; destroys the anatomical integrity of the lips.
Dissolving should only really be done on a needs-must basis for this reason.
But approaching dissolving with the strategy of ‘I’m just dissolving filler’ and adding in the enzyme without thought, planning and preparation is what leads the refill to heal lumpy, re-migrated, asymmetric, problematic and even aesthetically unsatisfactory.

Think about it, you’re deliberately tearing apart the lips integrity and connections, stripping the hyaluronic acid function back to less than their natural state AND snipping away at the fibre elasticity; OF COURSE the refill of filler is going to be affected.

It’s not just the refill that needs caution, it’s the dissolve too.

The dissolving process lays the foundation of how well the lips will heal, refill and support artificial hyaluronic acid. Make sure to approach it strategically and not just dissolving for the sake of dissolving 🙏🏻

Hi darlings
I still have some left over baby boy bits if anyone needs/wants?

Mostly 9-12. There’s a puffer coat, some knitted outfits, winter hats, socks, outfit sets, the odd jumper, a fluffy dressing gown. Just random bits but if anyone would like it pls send me a message 🤍

I also have an angel care newborn bath seat, an inflatable chair (we used this to go swimming and just for the boys to lounge in sometimes) and some newborn - 6m bath towels aswell.

Another one 🫡

As a Lip Specialist, symmetry corrections are a common goal in my chair.
Everyone wants symmetric lips and perfect balance but it is also really normal to have asymmetry; the only person looking up close at such details is you🥹
But I do really understand the want in correcting these differences - otherwise I wouldn’t have a job 😂 🤪 where suitable, corrections can be really achievable and easy to accomplish with precise placements and a deep understanding of how filler - tissue - muscle movement connect together, especially because most symmetry concerns are related to movement of the lips rather than resting positions.

This angel done a 3 hour round trip for these results 🥹🥰🫶🏼
