A lot of the time we are just dis regulated and it just takes a moment to be present with your body and mind and just stop ask your body what you need..

I did this with my body and it wanted me to lay on the grass ground myself take some deep breaths made some tea

Now I will meditate and perhaps have a little power nap

Then I will hopefully resetting myself ✨

Have you ever wondered what we talk about now your moment to have a nosy? 🧐

This was whilst cleansing the skin I was asking in a couple of skincare questions and telling the client what I picked up on with her skin so we were having a little chat and I was giving her some advice 🥰

We were talking about her skin has a bit of texture to it and she was saying that she never exfoliate her skin. This will be a big reason why she has some texture to her skin. I have given her that knowledge now and she is using a better skincare routine with my help and advice. 🙏🏼
