Hello all,

Sorry it's abit of a moan..

I always do my best to get everyone the appointment they require and can't always guarantee that if you don't book in advance.

Please if you prefer a certain day or time please book all your appointments in advance and don't assume I've booked you on without your confirmation.

🌟 No shows or changing of appointments 🌟

I have a policy in place to protect myself and my business to ensure I'm not left wondering where my client is. I do require 48 hours cancellation or to swap appointments. 24 hrs or on the day is not acceptable. If you cannot give notice of 48 hours the appointment will still need to be paid for. As you can appreciate this is how I pay my bills and feed my family, you wouldn't turn up to work and not accept not being paid! So it's no different to me or any other self employed person.

I understand life can get in the way and things do just happen if I can get you in the same week no extra few will be charged.

I will be looking for a new booking system to be able to send you reminders but if it's going to cost me to do this I will have to increase my prices to cover the subscription fee.

I personally don't want to have to do that but it also isn't fair on me to be waiting around for someone to not turn up or just forget about the appointment how am I supposed to pay my bills etc?

Hey all, just an update on my working hours.

Unfortunately due to my commitment to the army cadets my evenings will be changing as of the week of the 21st of September I will no longer be able to work any Thursday evenings. This will be replaced with a wednesday evening instead.

All who have appointments on the Thursday I will contact you to change or if you are happy I just move you forward to the Wednesday please let me know.
