I’ll be working one day a week from the amazing Pretty Fit Studio!

Pretty Fit is a woman’s only Personal Training Studio in Southampton. I’ve been a client with them for well over a year now they are the loveliest bunch and I cannot wait to start with them! Dreams do come true!

First date is Friday 27th October and I hope to be there every Friday but will confirm at your appointment booking as I will also still be working from home!
