https://www.cazrockahula.co.uk I have been hooping for over 10 years and have been a Hula Hoop instructor since March 2021. My online hoop fitness classes run every Wednesday 6.30pm, beginners and advance hoopers welcome. I focus on a range of cardio, strengthening and toning exercises using the hula hoop to give you a full workout- with a feel good fun factor! I've been using their products for a long time and love to recommend you things I genuinely use myself. All their products are cruelty free, vegan and freshly made in the UK. You can ask for advice and get products via my web shop or directly from me- message for details. I believe taking care of yourself is huge part of a happy and healthy lifestyle- which is what this page is all about! I'm a self confessed foodie and I just like to eat well and try new recipes. I hope my posts will inspire you to "eat the rainbow" with me!

What. A. Week. ✨
In the space of just seven days, some pretty amazing things happened…
🌟 Claire and I WON at the Awards in London on Thursday! Still pinching myself!! It was such an incredible evening and a real honour to be recognised alongside so many talented people.
🌟 I had the privilege of interviewing some truly inspiring people in my industry for our work podcast. It’s genuinely one of my favourite parts of my job, and I still can’t quite believe I get to have these conversations for a living!
🌟 Somewhere in between all of that, there was some seriously delicious food involved… although I’ve barely been home long enough to do any proper cooking lately! 🍴
🌟 I finished the The Conqueror Challenges challenge a whopping 38 days before the virtual finish line - medal incoming! 🏅
🌟 And to top it all off, I ended the week at Silverstone with family for a brilliant day out. 🏎️
Feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and people that made this week so special ❤️ One to remember!
