I’m taking a little break from social media 🤎

Running a small business alongside a full-time job can sometimes feel like a lot. There’s always something to think about, something to post, content to create and the pressure of trying to stay visible.

Lately, I’ve realised that social media has started to take more from me than I’d like it to. I’m also finding the constant stream of negativity and the awful things happening in the world quite overwhelming, and I think my mind just needs a little peace and quiet from it all.

So, for my own mental health, I’m giving myself permission to step away from social media for a while.

South Tan by Sue is absolutely NOT going anywhere! 😂 I’ll still be in my little studio, doing what I love and tanning all my lovely clients as normal.

You can still message me with any questions or booking requests, and online booking will remain open through my website as usual.

I know taking a break probably won’t do my algorithm any favours, but right now, that feels like a very small price to pay for feeling a little more like myself again.

I want my clients to get the best, happiest and most genuine version of me. Sometimes, looking after yourself means recognising when you need to take a step back and switch off for a while.

So that’s what I’m doing 🤍
