Stuart Brockway Hair Design has a fantastic opportunity for a talented, motivated, fun and friendly self employed hair stylist to rent a hairdressing chair/station in our beautiful and creative salon, located in the heart of Southampton city centre.
We offer full use of your own station, including mirror, dressing table, storage, back wash station and you’ll have full access to kitchen facilities.
You’ll pay a monthly rental which includes electricity, water rates, back wash station, tea & coffee for your clients, flexible use of space in the salon, WiFi and staff storage.
We do not take any of your income after rent is paid, so you’ll run your own business as a sole trader and keep your own profits.
Our salon operates over 5 days a week (Tuesday ~ Friday 10am to 8pm, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday) and you’ll be able to choose your own working hours offering you the opportunity to build a larger client base, within a supportive and friendly environment.

Always great to see my lovely cousin, had fun creating this short bevelled Bob! Who said that corona virus means you can't have fabulous hair!

Here at the salon we are taking extra steps to maintain our already high standards of hygiene, to protect ourselves but most importantly our clients during this corona virus outbreak. Before, throughout and at the end of each day the salon is disinfected including door handles, bathroom, basins, sections and handheld card machines. Our tools are also disinfected between each client. As you all know the salon consists of myself and Nicky so this limits the amount of people in the salon at one time to a maximum of 4 people, therefore we are happy to continue to cut and style your hair until we are advised otherwise. If you have visited any areas affected by the virus please do let us know and we can rearrange your appointment. As from today the government has advised that anyone with a dry cough and/or temperature are advised to self isolate for 14 days so again please let us know and we'll be happy to rearrange.
