Removing black colour is never a one-appointment transformation. Every hair journey is different, and reaching the desired result can take patience, care, and several sessions.

One of the hardest parts for many people is going through the warmer/orange stages while the old colour is being lifted. But this lovely client has embraced every stage of the process and is falling back in love with her hair again — and that is just as important as the final colour 💛
