Thanks to my gorgeous partner for gifting this little microphone and tripod bundle so I can actually get creating and posting.

Anyone have any tips for creating content in the context of massage therapy (and maybe how to remove my heart from my mouth when I go to film something)?

I realise I kinda abandoned posting on my socials for a while - the ADHD procrastination monster kicked up a fuss, and to be frank - the thought of creating content in the recent heatwaves was wholly unappealing! So, this is me getting back into the good habit - we gotta hype ourselves up before anyone else can. I've been absolutely loving life as a massage therapist, building relationships with such amazing people who have often become my regulars. I get to see their progress as stress and tension dissipates across their sessions, and feel so fortunate I get to hear their stories, or witness them take their first deep breath they've had in a while. The studio has recently had some paint work done, so the gorgeous Victorian building is feeling much lighter and airy-er after the heatwaves we'd been having. I have some last minute space available today and tomorrow - be quick before they fill up!

For those of you seeking the shade from this heatwave, and some peace & quiet, I'm here for you all through Sunday to Tuesday ✨

This has been an amazing month, with a steep learning curve of being a new massage therapist. So much I've yet to learn and integrate into my practice too. I'm excited and hopeful.

Also a huge thank you to my gorgeous partner, Cameron, modelling for me. He got a massage and Gyros for lunch from The Gyros Guyz all in one day - don't hear him complaining! (The food was insane!)
