Once in a blue moon. 💉🌙

Lip filler is something we genuinely love doing. The anatomy, the precision, the way a small amount of the right product in the right place can make such a difference. We are not going to pretend we don’t miss it.

But our focus has shifted and our books simply do not have the capacity for new filler clients right now.

If you have been thinking about lip filler and don’t know where to start, we are not just going to leave you with nowhere to go. ✨

We are more than happy to point you in the direction of some incredible industry specialists right here in Southampton who we trust completely. People who will look after you the way you deserve to be looked after.

Just drop us a DM and we will point you in the right direction. 🤍

Not all skincare is safe to use around your treatment. Retinoids are top of the list. 📋

We ask all clients to stop retinoids 7 days before and after their appointment. And here is exactly why.

Retinoids accelerate skin cell turnover. Great for your skin day to day. But around the time of treatment, that same process leaves the skin more sensitive, thinner, and more reactive than usual.

Treating skin that is already in an accelerated state increases the risk of redness, prolonged irritation, and compromised healing. It can affect how the skin responds and how well it recovers. ✨

Seven days either side gives your skin the chance to settle, so we are working with it rather than against it.

This applies to prescription retinoids and over the counter retinol products. If you are not sure whether yours counts, just ask before your appointment. 💉

We would always rather you check than skip it.

DM us or call 07544 867129 with any questions. 🤍

She sent us this and we are OBSESSED 😍💙

This is what we mean when we say natural results. Nothing overdone, nothing obvious — just her, but glowing.

Beautiful skin, gorgeous lips, and that confidence that comes with knowing you look exactly like yourself… just the best version 💙

Thank you for sharing this with us gorgeous 🥹

Just casually dropped £1000 at the pharmacy. For three days of treatments. 😅

This is the part nobody really talks about when they book an appointment. The product sitting in that syringe is a prescription medication. It is ordered, prescribed, stored, and administered under strict clinical governance.

It is not cheap. And it should not be. ✨

Every time you book with a legitimate, qualified prescriber, this is part of what you are paying for. Not just the treatment itself, but the whole clinical infrastructure behind it.

Proper products. Proper prescribing. Proper care. 💉

Anyway. Back to counting the pennies.

We used to offer free consultations 💙

Then people stopped turning up. Cancelled last minute. Ghosted entirely.

We don’t work for free — and neither should any clinician worth their salt.

Our consultations are a full clinical assessment. Real time, real expertise, real care. That doesn’t come for nothing.

The fee comes off your treatment. Simple.

Book in when you’re ready — we’ll be here 💙

The frontalis — and why so many academies are getting it wrong 🧠

How many training academies are out there teaching that there is categorically ZERO muscle at the top of the ‘V’?

A lot. And it’s simply not true.

If we’d followed that advice? We would have missed every single wrinkle you can see in that second picture. Every. Single. One.

Being taught that kind of oversimplification isn’t just basic — it’s a disservice to your clients.

Aesthetics isn’t basic.

It’s advanced clinical skills. It’s anatomy knowledge. It’s the right tools, the right drugs, and the expertise to know how to use them. It’s understanding that no two faces are textbook — and treating them accordingly.

Your clients & patients deserve better than an injector who stopped learning after their two-day course 💙

If you change or cancel your review appointment, we may not be able to guarantee another slot within your date range. That’s really important to understand. ✨

Your review window is booked for a reason. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot always promise availability within the timeframe given.

This is why we always recommend booking as close to two weeks as possible. It gives us room on both sides should anything need to shift. 💉

So what is the date range? There’s no industry-regulated timeframe for reviews but at GMA we work within a two to four week window. Too early and the treatment hasn’t fully settled. Too late and we risk the product wearing off before we’ve properly assessed it. Occasionally schedules mean we stretch slightly but that is rare and we will always communicate the maximum we are comfortable with.

And just to be clear: a review appointment does not automatically mean more product will be injected. That decision is made clinically, with your input, but we always retain the final call on what is appropriate✨

Weight loss is something to be proud of. What it can leave behind in the skin? That’s something we can actually help with. ✨

This is immediately post treatment with Plenhyage XL Strong, a polynucleotide skin booster specifically designed for areas of skin laxity. Here we’ve treated the neck and under the chin following significant weight loss, where the skin has lost structure and needs support rebuilding from within.

Polynucleotides work by stimulating your skin’s own repair process. They encourage new cell regeneration, improve skin quality, and over a course of treatments start to restore the firmness and structure that’s been lost. 💉

The redness you can see here is completely normal and settles quickly. What comes next is the interesting bit.

This isn’t a filler. It doesn’t add volume or change the shape. It works with your skin, gradually and naturally improving its quality over time. For areas of laxity following weight loss, it’s one of the most appropriate and effective options available.

Results build over a course of treatments so this is very much the beginning of the journey. Watch this space. 🌟
