Are you considering getting cosmetic injections but are scared of needles or worried about pain?

Firstly, it is totally normal and very common to have a needle phobia so there is ZERO judgement from us.

Just let us know when booking or at your appointment if you have a phobia of needles and we will make sure you feel confident and reassured.

We use the strongest numbing cream available on the market ✅️

We want your appointment to be as relaxed and as pain free as possible, we apply ice packs and cold compresses throughout to minimise swelling and bruising but can also do this to numb the area for you.

We apply arnicare afterwards and have stress balls if you like to clench and are always happy to play whatever music helps you chill 😉


Here are some top tips for during your treatment:

• Close your eyes so you can’t see the needle (even bring an eye mask if you’d like)

• Listen to music or a podcast to distract you

• Have something sugary beforehand (don’t come on an empty stomach)

We apply a substantial amount of numbing cream to the treatment area which will reduce the level of pain.
