A certificate doesn’t automatically make you confident in a treatment… good education, plenty of hands-on practice and ongoing support does 🙌🏼

When we teach you Russian Volume Lash Extensions, we do NOT teach you to rely on pre-made fans. 👏🏼

We teach you how to create your own fans from scratch, allowing you to completely bespoke every set to the client in front of you.

Every client has different natural lashes, different strengths, different eye shapes and different desired results… so why should every fan be the same?

Learning to hand-make your fans allows you to:

✨ Create a completely bespoke look for every client
✨ Improve your isolation & attachment
✨ Support better retention
✨ Avoid poor practices such as double dipping

September and October are such good months to learn something new because you’ve still got plenty of time before the Christmas rush starts.

It gives you a couple of months to practise, build your confidence, get some lovely before & after photos and start building up a little client base ready for December.

You don’t want to be learning a new treatment at the end of November and then putting pressure on yourself to feel confident with paying clients straight away.

Train now, spend the next few months practising on friends, family and models, get your content out there and start getting people through the door.

Then by the time December comes around, you’re confident, you’ve got a portfolio to show and you’re ready to take those Christmas bookings 🙌🏼🎄

And hopefully, a lot of those new Christmas clients then become your regular clients going into the new year!

Our training days are very hands-on, with small groups, live models and lots of tips and tricks that we actually use ourselves every day in the salon.
