Our dear clients,

A polite notice, we are really really pleased to hear from so many of you with regards to appointment requests!

We have a lot of clients sending messages ‘I’ve tried to contact you several times with no reply’

As we have stated in previous updates, we are currently closed, staff are furloughed and we are unable to reply to everyone at the volume of requests we are receiving. Until such a time as a date was set for us, it was not appropriate to take any bookings.

ALL requests will be responded to and dealt with accordingly onwards from March 8th where we have devised a strategy amongst the team to attend the salon to start rescheduling and making new bookings. Untill this time you can still request appointments, but please understand we are not in a position to reply at this time. There is not enough hours in the day or man power!

You will not be missed or forgotten!! Please just bear with us.

We thank you so much for your patience during this time and can’t wait to welcome you back in April!
