~Sun spot removal with Cryotherapy~

Sun spots - also known as age spots or Solar Lentigines are flat dark patches, caused by excessive UV exposure, resulting in concentrated melanin.

Having enjoyed an outdoors sport for many years, this clients hands were exposed to lots of sun. Over time, these dark patches appeared. We had patch tested Cryotherapy and Laser on these patches and Cryotherapy was a clear winner. This is before and straight after treatment. The immediate response is slight inflammation and redness. This will reduce quickly and over the next couple of weeks with darken, scab and fall off. Watch for an update in a few weeks to see the results.

I recently worked with a 7-year-old boy who was experiencing hearing loss and blocked ears. His mum mentioned she had to repeat herself often and the TV volume was increasing. Upon examination, I found a significant wax buildup that required softening for removal. Through three visits, daily oil treatments by mum, and the boy’s remarkable patience, we successfully cleared both blockages. Hopefully, he’s now more comfortable, and mum is also benefiting.
