Information on Beaulieu Road Closure February 16th for Two Weeks from SGN !

Dear Resident January 2026 Road Closure –Beaulieu Road, Dibden Purlieu for essential gas main replacement We are writing to inform you, from Monday 16 February for a duration of approximately two weeks, SGN specialist contractors will be working on a sec on of gas main located on Beaulieu Road, Dibden Purlieu. These works are essential to ensure we can continue to maintain a safe and efficient gas supply to the area. Our engineers will be working on a small section of gas pipe located on Beaulieu Road at its junction with Hythe Bypass. Due to the location of the gas pipe in the road, and for everyone’s safety a road closure will be in place.

Additionally, we’ll need to close Lunedale Road at its junction with Roman Road and Roman Road (north) at its junction with Hythe Bypass; local traffic diversions will be in place. Please see overleaf for map of our work locations and diversion route.

Once this short section of replacement is complete, there are plans to return in March to complete all of Beaulieu Road and North. We will be writing to you with further details regarding these works.
This closure will mean:
• No through vehicle access past the closure in either direction – in or out of Beaulieu Road with Hythe Bypass – a diversion route will be in place
• Vehicle access to proper es located within the closure will be maintained, our site team will keep residents informed of access arrangements
• Pedestrian and Cycle access through the closure will be maintained Ÿ Bus routes may be affected – we’d advise passengers to contact their service provider for the latest update/changes to service
• Bin collection days will remain unchanged unless you hear otherwise from your service provider
We understand how disruptive road closure are for the community, please be assured; we will be doing everything we can to complete these works as quickly and as safely as possible.

Due to ever increasing costs for all our supplies and utilities, we have had to increase our pricing but please be assured we have remained as competitive and fair as possible. Ben will be priced higher and his prices are in the comments below.

Good Morning Everyone.

We are currently experiencing a lack of water / very low water pressure at the Salon due to yet another issue with Southern Water. Sadly this is the 3rd or 4th time this year!!

Due to this we are having to cancel some Colour work today due to the fact we are currently unable to wash hair. The Team will be in contact to all those affected today and we will try our absolute best to get appointments rearranged as a matter of urgency, although please bare with us as we are obviously very booked up due to the Christmas rush.

Exciting News 🥂

After what seems like forever to us all, Amelia has had confirmation from the Doctors that she will be able to return back to work from the 19th September.
