Before and after from a regular patient. I've been seeing her since Feb this yr. This is after 7 appointments in clinic.
She used to get ingrown toenails (IGTN) and bacterial infections all the time, and now she has no pain, no IGTN, no bacterial infections, and the fungal nail has nearly all gone.

Before and after for my lady
Second visit to clinic for my patient. She's been using the fungal nail cream I recommended and had the nail thinned down.
She's a happy lady.
First time she has worn sandals in two yearsπππ
That makes me feel so amazingly happy that I've helped to increase her confidence β€οΈβ€οΈ

My patient has severe Rheumatoid arthritis in his hands and feet. The pain was unbearable for him. He saw the GP and they referred him to the hospital. They performed surgery and now he feels so much better. It's amazing what surgeons can do and how they can change people's lives ππHe visits me regularly for toenail and finger nail cutting.

Did you know you can get a corn under the nail?π€
Patient came in today with pain to her left big toe nail. The nail was not ingrown. She couldn't understand why it was hurting. The nail looked slightly damaged and thick, upon removing part of this nail to see what's going on underneath, it was apparent there was a lot of hard skin under the thick and damaged nail and that the nail itself was pushing on the hard skin causing a corn. I removed the corn for her and gave her advice on prevention. She's booked back in as wants us to look after her foot care needs and left painfreeβΊοΈπ£π£

A patient came in today complaining of pain to the side of his big toe. His second toe pushes down onto his big toe and causes discomfort. The nail grows into the side of his toe where it constantly has the second toe on top pushing down on it, and he gets some hard skin build up on the corner underneath the nail as a result. I cut all his nails for him, removed the bit of nail that was ingrowing, removed the plug of hard skin that had built up, and then made him a toe spacer from silicone to keep the toes apart. I will see him again in 8 wks to see how he's getting on with this spacer.

Nail thinning today in clinic. This lady had damaged her big toenail years ago and as a result she had multiple nails that had built up over time. She will be back in a couple of weeks to thin the big toenail down more and then booked onto a regular treatment programme to ensure her nails don't get this long and thick again. She was also given advice on fungal nailππ£
