Hey again!
During September I will be running a morning “Intro to Living Yoga” across 4 Tuesdays in Hedge End.
This will be a comprehensive course, learning breath techniques as well as meditation and yoga postures.

The price will be an introductory £35 to include all 4 hour long sessions.

Im so pleased to announce ive started a new business called DR Wellness Suite!! This is a private and secure space for fitness and wellbeing classes, we also have a massage therapt room and a double japanese head spa room.
We are located on the first floor above the former Lloyd’s bank right in the middle of hedge end village.
