Arch & Beauty – Booking Terms & Conditions

​Welcome to Arch & Beauty. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all of our clients, we operate a strict booking and cancellation policy.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

​1. Deposits and Securing Your Booking

​All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the time slot.

​The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

​No booking is fully confirmed until the deposit has been received.

​2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​We understand that schedules change, but last-minute cancellations significantly impact our business. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

​More than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time, your deposit can be fully transferred to your new booking date.

​24 to 48 hours' notice: Cancellations made within this window may have their deposit transferred at our strict discretion, depending on availability and our ability to fill the slot.

​Less than 24 hours' notice (or No-Show): If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be entirely forfeited to cover the loss of our technician's time.

​3. Late Arrivals

​Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment.
​If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the full treatment, or we may need to cancel the appointment entirely.

In the event of a cancellation due to lateness, your deposit will be lost.

​4. Right to Refuse Service

​Arch & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, or if a treatment is deemed medically unsuitable for a client.
