Solace is designed to be felt in every sense.
The grounding scent of birch.
The gentle crackle of the fire.
The warmth hugging your skin.
The fresh sea air filling your lungs.
The feeling of stepping away from the everyday and into the present moment.
A moment of wellness for the whole body and mind 🤍
Another Sauna Training Complete 🔥
Hey sauna lovers, as many of you know, I’ve been on a little sauna tour lately (you may have seen plenty of it over on Solace’s stories!).
As part of the tour I had an incredible sauna training facilitated by at with Bella 🙌
We dove deep into the history and mythology of sauna, Latvian sauna culture, creating inclusive spaces, foraging, making scrubs and masks, whisking, and so much more.
I can’t wait to take everything I’ve learned and share it with you all - bringing new rituals, knowledge and a deeper appreciation and connection to our sauna space.
Sauna really is the BEST. 🔥
