Wow, what a scorcher! But a brilliant day in the treatment room, starting with a lovely aromatherapy massage with a delicious uplifting blend to help ease stress and support hormonal balance. Then a sports massage as part of a client’s 10k running training, followed by a deeply relaxing Indian Head Massage. And to finish, a post-natal treatment including some caesarean scar treatment. Thank you all for bringing such variety to my work - it’s why I love what I do (even in a heatwave! 🥵🤣)
