Welcome to everyone joining my new page on Facebook.

As many of you will know I've been a massage practitioner now for 16 years. It's an aspect of my overall role in health and beauty that I thoroughly enjoy.

I offer a deep massage style to stimulate blood flow through tight and tired muscles and to release tensions caused by injury, stresses and posture.

A full-body massage (1 hour) works on legs, arms, back, neck, shoulders, upper chest and the head. I aim to iron out knots and tensions and relax the muscles to allow you to absorb the massage and fully relax.

The back, neck and shoulder massage is approximately 30 minutes of focus on one of if not the most stressed part of the body. The back takes the strain from driving, sitting at a screen and general bad posture.
