This week marks a proud moment for everyone at Chopp.
We’re buzzing to celebrate Lilly, who has successfully completed Chopp Education’s First Wave and officially graduates as a Chopp New Talent.
First Wave is the foundation of our education programme. It’s where our stylists master the timeless principles of cutting and colouring that form the backbone of a long, successful career. Before creativity comes craftsmanship, and Lilly has shown real dedication, consistency and a genuine passion for her craft throughout her journey.
A huge thank you goes to her educators, Leah, who has guided her through colour, and Dan, who has mentored her in cutting. Together, they’ve helped shape the stylist Lilly is becoming, and we’re incredibly proud of what she’s achieved.

From day one, she came in and went through our full Chopp Education programme, became a standout graduate, and climbed her way to senior stylist and educator. She’s earned accolades and built an amazing clientele. Now, as she steps into this exciting chapter of motherhood, we’re thrilled for her.
