Lifeline by Darren Ryan
Darren Ryan, friend and former client of the salon has written ‘Lifeline’ a book based on his journey as a former Serious Crime Detective battling with
PTSD, trauma and addiction through to his life now as a mental health speaker and coach.
Darren is also a local of Leigh of Sea and we are happy to help promote his book in the hope it might support others who are battling with their own mental health.
