Body Therapy Clinic

Award-winning Totnes lecturer trains nurses and GPs in clinical reflexology Sarah Jane Holt says reflexology has been reduced to a scented-candle foot rub — and wants to restore a more targeted, rigorous approach.

Life can get hectic but taking time for yourself is essential.

Reflexology offers a relaxing escape from everyday stresses helping you slow down, unwind and enjoy a little well-deserved you-time.

✨ Benefits of reflexology:

* Encourages relaxation, calms the nervous system and helps ease feelings of tension.
* Supports your self-care routine and gives you time to recharge.
* Can help with insomnia, migraines, stress rated conditions, aches and pains
* Boosts circulation

🩷 So whether it’s facial, foot or cranial reflexology I’ve got you covered 🩷

💫 HAPPY FRIDAY! 💫

One of my fave tools to use during facial reflexology 💫

This tigers eye wand is a superstar. It feels lovely and cool against your skin when worked on the forehead and third eye. 🧿

Tigers eye is known for its amazing grounding qualities that help enable you to think more clearly, ease anxiety and is linked to the solar plexus. Also my fave for getting rid of negative energy and lovely stone for protecting your peace. 🪬

So next time you are having a treatment this could be one of my wands I am using!

💫 Messy bed = one relaxed & calm client 💫

This person walked in with tense shoulders, aching joints and a busy mind and left like they were ‘floating’. This makes me so happy 🩷

Just goes to show what a little massage and facial reflexology does to the nervous system.

Time to make a little time for you. 💫
